Waratah Private Hospital, located in Hurstville NSW comprises an eight-level strata medical building and eight-level basement covering almost 12,000 square metres.

Maize Group understood the Hospital’s objectives of best practice within the health environment and continuous improvement in service delivery without creating a significant cost impost.

The team combined with our technicians and technical experts were trained up to meet the Hospital’s objectives and deliver all types of support including:

• Building Maintenance, from preventative & statutory maintenance, reactive or routine services
