Roofing, roof plumbing, replacements of deteriorated facades, community room upgrades, painting to the internals and externals of the complex, inground services upgrades plus much more were complete to the highest standard.

Working in a live environment was crucial as keeping tenants and visitors happy was the key to keeping this job on track and on budget.
