The NSW Government has improved accessibility at Glenbrook Station.
This upgrade was delivered as part of the Transport Access Program, an initiative to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering modern, safe and accessible infrastructure and included:

• a new lift to provide access to existing footbridge
• a new, accessible kiss and ride area on Burfitt Parade
• new ambulant and family bathrooms
• upgrades to CCTV, wayfinding and lighting to improve safety and security
