This project involved upgrading all roofs of the complex. With nearly 4000 man hours poured into the project, our main priority was ensuring the work site was kept as neat, tidy, and free from hazards as possible due to the live environment around us (tenants, visitors, clients etc.) while powering through to hit the completion target.

Our Building Works team for this job included:

• Scaffolding / Hoarding
• Replacement of Roofing and Gutters
• New Façade & Finishes
• Fencing / barricading
• Project / Site Management
• Painting

The complex is now signed off, handed over and looking like new. We would like to thank everyone who had a hand in the project and to our clients for allowing us the opportunity to showcase what we at Maize Group do for a living!
